Appointments

Patients (New and Existing) must make an appointment to see Dr. Rais.

Allergy shots do not require an appointment. Please call the specified office to find out if your serum is ready and to obtain the allergy shot hours.

Please also note observed holidays in which our offices will be closed. Holidays may be extended by a day or two.

New Years Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Eve&Day, Christmas (we will only be closed December 26.2016 due to the holiday falling on a weekend).

COVID-19 Precautions

Our office has taken the necessary precautions to keep our patients safe. We have reduced the number of appointments to allow for social distancing. We are diligently cleaning patient rooms between appointments. Our staff is required to wear masks and practice good sanitation habits.

We ask that all patients limit the number of family members or guests attending the appointment to only those who are being seen by the physician.

If you have been in contact with someone who tested positive with COVID-19 in the last 14 days or have experienced any related symptoms, please reschedule your appointment.
